Public and permitted
Collect public content you have permission or another lawful basis to use. Respect source terms, privacy, intellectual property, retention requirements and deletion requests. A reachable URL does not automatically permit collection or reuse.
Respect access controls
Do not bypass logins, CAPTCHAs, paywalls or source blocks. Do not use fake accounts, stealth evasion or proxy rotation to evade rate limits. Direct LinkedIn page scraping and other restricted sources are blocked. Do not retry blocked sources through alternate URLs to defeat those decisions.
Protect people and systems
Do not collect private data, sensitive personal attributes or children’s data. Do not use pageflock for discriminatory profiling, automated hiring decisions, harassment, fraud or credential harvesting. Do not target internal networks, cloud metadata services, secrets or administrative endpoints.
Respect capacity and controls
Do not evade account, source or network limits, distribute abusive traffic across accounts, or disrupt pageflock or target websites. Check errors and Retry-After guidance. Stop traffic when a source or pageflock refuses access.
Report and resolve concerns
If you find private or prohibited content, stop collection and delete affected results. Contact support with the source URL, request ID, the nature of the concern and your relationship to the source. Do not send copied sensitive content or credentials. Accounts, keys or sources may be restricted while concerns are investigated.

Providers, locations and transfers
pageflock is operated by HYVE LABS LLC and hosted on Google Cloud Platform (application, collection worker and PostgreSQL database in the EU region europe-west1; some Google services may process data in the United States). Payments are handled by Stripe on its hosted checkout; card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by pageflock. Optional web, news and video search sends your query and country/language to Serper (serper.dev). Transactional email (verification and purchase receipts) is delivered through Resend. Optional, consent-based product analytics use Google Analytics. YouTube metadata requests use Google public oEmbed. These processors act under their own terms; where personal data is transferred internationally they rely on their own standard contractual clauses and safeguards.
Payment record retention
Paid and expired checkout records (checkout identifiers, amounts, credits and dates) are kept, separately from your account profile, for at least five years after the transaction to meet UAE tax and accounting obligations. Encrypted database backups are retained for up to 30 days before rotation. Account request history is pruned after 30 days and collection results after seven days.
