Our accessibility commitment
pageflock is committed to providing an accessible, usable experience for researchers, developers and teams of all abilities. We strive to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA criteria and Section 508 standards across our website, interactive workspace and API documentation.
Keyboard operability and navigation
All core workflows, interactive controls, documentation pages and forms are fully operable using standard keyboard navigation. A prominent 'Skip to content' link at the top of every page bypasses repetitive navigation blocks directly to the main landmark (#main). Focus indicators provide high-contrast visible rings, and modal dialogs and navigation drawers can be closed immediately with the Escape key, restoring focus to the triggering element.
Visual contrast and legibility
Our cream, ink and lime design system is engineered for sharp visual clarity and reading comfort. Text elements meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 Level AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against their backgrounds, with interactive components achieving at least 3:1 contrast. The interface respects browser zoom and font scaling up to 200% without clipping, truncation or loss of functionality.
Motion control and reduced animation
We understand that motion can cause discomfort or disorientation for some users. Motion is on by default, and pageflock honors the system-level 'prefers-reduced-motion' preference by disabling non-essential transitions and animations. Enable reduced motion in your operating system’s accessibility settings to apply this preference.
Screen reader and semantic structure
Pages are built with semantic HTML5 landmark tags (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <article>, <aside>, <footer>) and structured heading hierarchies to facilitate rapid screen reader navigation. Status announcements, asynchronous data extractions and live response tabs utilize ARIA live regions (aria-live='polite') to provide timely auditory feedback without interrupting navigation.
Operational scope and external content
This statement applies to pageflock’s public website, dashboard and documentation interfaces. Content extracted from third-party public websites via the scraper or pageflock Search reflects the accessibility choices of the source origins and is outside pageflock’s operational control. We continually test and improve our platform against emerging accessibility specifications.
Feedback, accommodations and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on pageflock, have difficulty using any feature, or need information in an alternative format, please contact our support team. We value your feedback and prioritize accessibility improvements. Please include the specific URL, the assistive technology you are using, and a description of the issue encountered.

Providers, locations and transfers
pageflock is operated by HYVE LABS LLC and hosted on Google Cloud Platform (application, collection worker and PostgreSQL database in the EU region europe-west1; some Google services may process data in the United States). Payments are handled by Stripe on its hosted checkout; card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by pageflock. Optional web, news and video search sends your query and country/language to Serper (serper.dev). Transactional email (verification and purchase receipts) is delivered through Resend. Optional, consent-based product analytics use Google Analytics. YouTube metadata requests use Google public oEmbed. These processors act under their own terms; where personal data is transferred internationally they rely on their own standard contractual clauses and safeguards.
Payment record retention
Paid and expired checkout records (checkout identifiers, amounts, credits and dates) are kept, separately from your account profile, for at least five years after the transaction to meet UAE tax and accounting obligations. Encrypted database backups are retained for up to 30 days before rotation. Account request history is pruned after 30 days and collection results after seven days.
