What counts as a credit?
Page extraction, contact discovery, product data, YouTube metadata and web search use one credit per successful request. Browser-rendered pages use five where available. Successful empty responses use the normal operation cost; failed or blocked requests use zero. Redirects and robots.txt checks are included.
Is this an auto-renewing subscription?
Yes. Customer access requires a paid subscription billed monthly or annually from the day you subscribe. Cancel in Plans & billing before renewal to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans charge once per year for the full 12-month amount upfront, immediately unlocking your full annual credit allowance (up to 19,200,000 credits). Subscriptions auto-renew on your annual anniversary unless cancelled. Unused credits roll over while your account stays open.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Open Plans & billing and choose Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, so it stops future renewals without removing that period’s access. You can have one subscription at a time. To choose another plan, cancel the current one and wait until it ends; there are no mid-cycle plan changes.
What can I collect?
Public, permitted static HTML pages and web search queries. pageflock checks source restrictions, robots.txt and network destinations. It does not bypass logins, CAPTCHA, paywalls, or site blocks.
What are the rate and concurrency limits?
Request capacity ranges from 30 up to 1,000 requests per minute, and concurrency scales from 3 up to 100 simultaneous requests depending on your plan tier. All your API keys and workspace members share these pool limits.
Do you offer an Enterprise plan?
Yes. Contact the pageflock team with your expected monthly volume, tools and target sources. We assess pricing, request rate and concurrency for that workload, then agree the terms with you. Enterprise is a custom quote, not an unlimited-access plan.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your workspace. Within 14 days of an initial subscription or renewal, you may request a refund through support provided your balance has not fallen below the credits added by that billing cycle. Failed requests are always refunded in credits automatically.
