Essential session cookie
waggle_session keeps you signed in for up to seven days. It is first-party, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict, with the Secure flag in production. Its value is a random credential; the server stores a hash. Logging out or closing your account clears the cookie and invalidates the session.
Your preferences
Motion is on by default, while your system’s reduced-motion preference still applies. waggle-sidebar-collapsed remembers your sidebar choice in localStorage. waggle-cookie-preferences stores your cookie choice, policy version and date for 180 days in this browser. An account-scoped waggle-tour-v1 preference remembers that you closed the welcome walkthrough until you clear site data. Its name uses a hash of your account email rather than the email itself; it is not sent to the API or used for tracking. The workbench stores a single request fingerprint and retry key in sessionStorage to recover an interrupted request; it does not store your URL, query or API key there.
Optional Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and selected clicks, including partners, tools, signup links and the tutorial. It receives a cookie-based browser identifier, technical browser/device information and general network/location information. Google processes these under its own privacy terms. pageflock sends only predefined page categories and event labels: no account emails, passwords, API keys, form contents, requested URLs, search queries or page query strings. Google Signals, advertising storage and ad personalisation are disabled. Dedicated waggle_ga cookies identify this browser for up to 180 days and are not refreshed on every visit. The Google tag runs in a separate empty frame, which is loaded only after a valid analytics choice. Earlier cookie choices do not enable new analytics; version 2 asks again.
External services and security
Stripe Checkout collects payment data on its hosted PCI-compliant checkout sessions and uses strictly necessary security cookies to detect and prevent payment fraud. pageflock never sets advertising trackers, pixel tags, or third-party behavioral cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the website.
Your browser controls
Remove cookies and site data through your browser. Removing or blocking the session cookie signs you out or prevents sign-in; public pages remain readable. Motion is on by default and follows your system’s reduced-motion preference. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to reopen your choices. Accept all enables optional analytics; Accept essential only leaves it off. Manage preferences lets you change the analytics choice at any time. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics frame immediately and clears pageflock’s analytics cookies. If browser storage is blocked, the notice may appear again; sign-in still uses its essential session cookie.
If storage changes
This page will be updated if new storage or tracking is added. If optional tracking is added, the preference version must change and the site will ask again before enabling it. A choice made today does not authorize future optional tracking.

Providers, locations and transfers
pageflock is operated by HYVE LABS LLC and hosted on Google Cloud Platform (application, collection worker and PostgreSQL database in the EU region europe-west1; some Google services may process data in the United States). Payments are handled by Stripe on its hosted checkout; card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by pageflock. Optional web, news and video search sends your query and country/language to Serper (serper.dev). Transactional email (verification and purchase receipts) is delivered through Resend. Optional, consent-based product analytics use Google Analytics. YouTube metadata requests use Google public oEmbed. These processors act under their own terms; where personal data is transferred internationally they rely on their own standard contractual clauses and safeguards.
Payment record retention
Paid and expired checkout records (checkout identifiers, amounts, credits and dates) are kept, separately from your account profile, for at least five years after the transaction to meet UAE tax and accounting obligations. Encrypted database backups are retained for up to 30 days before rotation. Account request history is pruned after 30 days and collection results after seven days.
