HELP / YOUR ACCOUNT

Manage your account and stored data

Update account details, export metadata and understand what account closure removes.

Keep account details current

Settings lets you update your display name and change your password. A password change revokes existing sessions so you can sign in with the new password. API keys have their own lifecycle; manage them in API keys when an application’s access needs to change.

If you cannot sign in, use the password recovery flow and the instructions sent to your account’s email address. Do not send passwords or recovery links to support.

Export what pageflock stores

The account export includes account details, key metadata, saved request configurations, purchases, collections, retained retry receipts/results and recent request metadata, with up to 5,000 requests. Password hashes, session cookies and API key secrets are excluded. Request metadata is removed automatically after 30 days.

Use each collection’s JSON or CSV download separately for collected text, within its seven-day availability window. Exporting account metadata does not extend that expiry or include a copy of every synchronous response.

Close an account deliberately

Account closure requires the confirmation shown in Settings and your current password. Download any results you need first. Closure removes account access and associated product data; paid purchase records are retained without the account profile where required for billing records.

Closing an account does not automatically refund a remaining balance. Contact support for a purchase question before closing it. Include a request ID or purchase reference when relevant, but never an API secret.
